Leah Marie Aguirre was last seen in Crosbyton, TX. She is two years old, Hispanic, weighs 30 lbs, and stands 2’5”.
The suspect is believed to be under the name Miguel and driving a red Ford Focus. There is a possibility that this man is headed to Mexico.
There have been reports of her mother trying to sell her to someone in Mexico for 2 grand and police believe Miguel to be a part of this.
Leah had been placed with a family friend after CPS took her from her mother. Miguel came to the home posed as a CPS worker and took Leah.

On Sunday December 17, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his ex-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It’s like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant!
Now aren’t you wondering why this isn’t a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting?
There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened.
Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week.

I heard about this, but maybe that’s because I’m from Texas? Also being from Texas gives me so many conflicting feels about guns. That being said, I just found out I have a shooting lesson next weekend…

In not too many years, Texas could switch from being all Republican to all Democrat. If that happens, no Republican will ever again win the White House. New York and California are for the foreseeable future unalterably Democrat. If Texas turns bright blue, the Electoral College math is simple. We won’t be talking about Ohio, we won’t be talking about Florida or Virginia, because it won’t matter. If Texas is bright blue, you can’t get to two-seventy electoral votes. The Republican Party would cease to exist. We would become like the Whig Party. Our kids and grandkids would study how this used to be a national political party. ‘They had Conventions, they nominated Presidential candidates. They don’t exist anymore.’
